The short version: be 18+, be real, be kind, and don't misuse the platform. The long version is below.

Last updated · July 2026

1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using Buzz, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and our Community Guidelines. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

2. Eligibility

Buzz is strictly for users aged 18 and older. By using Buzz you confirm that you meet this requirement. Accounts found to belong to minors will be removed in line with our Child Safety Policy.

3. Your account

  • You're responsible for the activity that happens on your account.
  • Keep your login credentials private and secure.
  • Provide accurate information — impersonation and fake accounts are prohibited.
  • One person, one account. Don't create accounts to evade bans or restrictions.

4. Acceptable use

Buzz exists to help people make real connections. You agree not to use the service to harass, threaten, defraud, spam, or exploit others; to distribute illegal, hateful, or sexually exploitative content; to scrape or reverse-engineer the platform; or to do anything that breaks applicable law.

5. Content

You own the content you create on Buzz. By posting it, you grant us a limited license to host, display, and transmit it as needed to operate the service. We may remove content that violates these terms or our guidelines without notice.

6. Purchases

Some features (like Buzz Pro or event tickets) are paid. All purchases are processed through the relevant app store or our payment partners, and are subject to their terms. Except where required by law, purchases are non-refundable.

7. Termination

You can delete your account at any time from the app or via this page. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without notice depending on severity.

8. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

Buzz is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Buzz shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including interactions with other users. Always use good judgment when meeting people online or in person.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced in the app or by email. Continued use of Buzz after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
